We use the most appropriate carrier to deliver your goods to you - our main carrier is currently FedEx. However depending upon the items that you have ordered we may use an alternative carrier.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. With this number you will be able to check the status of your order directly with the carrier who is handling the shipment. (Note that you will not be able to track items shipped via Royal Mail)
We have a 'Where's my stuff' page with links to all the carriers that we use - so that you can use the appropriate link there are examples of what tracking codes will look like for each.
