If you have just received an email saying your order has been dispatched, then your tracking number will not work immediately. Once the parcel has been picked up and scanned by our carrier in the sorting depot (at approximately 7pm mon-fri) your tracking code will then work.

If you order over a weekend your tracking number will not work until the following Monday (Tuesday if it is a bank holiday) once our carrier has collected and scanned the parcel.
