Unfortunately, while we can refund products you have purchased from us, because we do not retain your credit card details, it is not possible for us to exchange products.


If your product is covered by our no quibble refund policy, and  you have ordered an incorrect product, we suggest you simply return the incorrect product for a full refund, and order the correct product as a new order.


This will allow us to process your new order straight away so you can receive the correct item, and as soon as the other items is received by us we will action your refund straight away.
